We are seeking a self-motivated person to join our team as a LEAD GENERATION SPECIALIST. The person selected will work closely with agents, managers, funeral homes, and the Funeral Directors Life Marketing team to create and expedite a Marketing plan. The LEAD GENERATION SPECIALIST is also responsible for making creative suggestions to help our funeral home clients gain quality leads and achieve good financial results.
 

Responsibilities

  • Communicate and reinforce the mission and vision of DIG and its subsidiaries.
  • Exemplify DIG core values of love, growth, and community.
  • Coordinate and expedite direct mail and Facebook boost campaigns from initiation to completion.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned campaigns, ensuring timely communication among agents, managers, funeral homes, and vendors.
  • Collaborate with copywriters and graphic designers to ensure campaign materials meet client specifications and deadlines.
  • Consult with vendors regarding pricing, list rentals, production schedules, and discrepancies.
  • Track multiple campaigns simultaneously and maintain accurate project documentation.
  • Monitor campaign timelines and follow up with stakeholders to ensure deliverables remain on schedule.
  • Provide responsive customer service to internal teams and funeral home clients.


Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in marketing coordination, project support, or an administrative role preferred.
  • Experience working with direct mail campaigns or social media advertising preferred.
  • Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective problem-resolution skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects within tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Dependability and accountability in completing assigned tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
