We are seeking a self-motivated person to join our team as a Digital Learning Partner. This position acts as a champion, change agent, and culture steward for DIG and its subsidiaries. Our Digital Learning Partners actively formulate partnerships across the companies to deliver value added services to management and employees that support and grow the business objectives of the organization and ensure that employee and management needs are met; and ensure our digital learning objectives align with business objectives and digital learning assets aid in a functional business organization. 

Tools & Technology: 

  • Extremely proficient with Microsoft 365

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Drive our identified digital learning initiatives.
  • Acts as support for LMS platform. 
  • Use sound instructional design principles to develop engaging courses for online and blended/flipped learning formats.
  • Partner with internal/remote managers and their teams to identify performance/learning gaps and work with them to design, create, deliver, and measure appropriate digital performance solutions.
  • Understand the business and the team’s capabilities in a deep way to enable more customized and actionable recommendations and decisions.
  • Maximize change adoption through the design, development, and execution of digital learning strategies. 
  • Work with the Professional Education and Development team and Home Office staff to accomplish learning activity goals at various regional or company-wide training events to promote “best, most-respected services and products in funeral service” ideals.

Education and Experience:
