We are looking for a Hospitality Specialist/ Housekeeper to join our team!

The successful candidate will demonstrate a heart for service and play an important role in keeping our facilities welcoming, clean and organized. We have a fun and caring culture and enjoy growing together both personally and professionally every day! We love what we do! 

 Qualifications:   

  • Previous custodial or housekeeping experience preferred 

  • Clear driving record 

  • Physical demands require lifting up to 50 lbs. 

  • Strong organizational skills 

  • Dependability, integrity and compassion are a must 

  • Team-oriented and committed to company values 

  • Flexibility as work would constitute two locations & varied times 

  • Self-starter 

  • Flexibility with hours, as 6am start time may be required at times  

Responsibilities:  Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.  

  • Keeps buildings in clean and orderly condition. Perform any combination of light and/or heavy cleaning duties to maintain establishment in a clean and orderly manner. 

  • Daily kitchen duties including: preparing coffee, light meals on occasion, dishes, and replenishing supplies 

  • Coordination set up and clean-up of special functions, Catering VIP meetings and events 

  • Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, locker rooms, and other work areas so that health standards are met 

  • Carry linens, towels, and replenish cleaning supplies and bathroom items, using wheeled carts 

  • Empty wastebaskets and transport other trash and waste to disposal areas 

  • Clean and stock bedrooms/bathrooms and the DIG Lodge 

  • Keep storage areas and carts well-stocked, clean, and tidy 

  • Dust and polish furniture and equipment 

  • Ironing required on occasion 

  • Sweep, using brooms, mops, clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and/or draperies, using vacuum cleaners and/or shampooers 

  • Wash windows, walls, ceilings, and woodwork, waxing and polishing as necessary dust window blinds 

  • Notify managers concerning the need for any repairs or additions to building operating systems
